EURUSD dropped hard below the 1.1662 resistance after Trump threatened the EU with tariffs over digital taxes. The pair found support at 1.1602 and bounced back to the resistance zone, now trading sideways with a downside bias but inside a big range, with a high of 1.1742 and a low of 1.1582.

After this move, the ranging conditions should continue. Buyers will likely aim for the 1.1681 weekly pivot, with a scope to move higher toward 1.1700/20. Sellers will aim for 1.1582 and, if momentum is strong, a move lower to 1.1528.
