a review that if you have buy bias today
here's the 'perfect' ones in each of the 3 sessions.
and they average 50 pips. no 150 pips.
if you get all 3 sessions you got 150 pips.
so seek consistency instead of those 1:10 trades.
yes. this is what i am driving at for your psychology's sake.

nice discipline and confident.
i still have to work on it.
i too obsess to wait that 50% and miss all the chance today.

I was also waiting for a better price and also, it's quite unusual for gold not to poke the ASIA low during a low range day like today.

Is this marking correct?
today high was external or friday high as external?
Today low at the 4h fvg so count as internal liquidity?

you have week high and low. all inside ext are internal.
