I think what really starts to build your confidence is watching in real time as your advantage keeps you going and hopefully eventually shows some nice profit.

On a side note, I have been testing fixed bar on EJ H1 using the 9 AM EST bar, and it does really good. I haven't traded it live yet, just doing some back testing.

DAX M15 (sell): BE
Total: 5,48 %.

The trade lasts more than 3.5 hours, so I closed the position at breakeven. This is the rule of the trading system/

When compiliing your stats for this 20 trade exercise, you will want to track how many of those time-based stops prevented an actual loss, and how many prevented a profit, and then you'll be able to determine their value relative to your system.

If you can adjust your mind to think "trading" instead of gambling, and "placing trades" rather than placing bets, this can be a mind opener for a day trader.

I don't know why this is "age restricted," it isn't a porno for crying out loud lol There is some progfanity, so maybe that?

Anyway, I do believe this could help some of you who are still fighting with your ego to make the mindset shift from "I need to know what's going to happen next to make money" to "I don't need to know what's going to happen next to make money." That is, make the shift from the typical retail know-it-all to the type of trader who thinks in terms of probabilities.

Thanks, however it is impossible to capture the insights to be gained from attentively (with undivided attention) watching the nearly 2 hour long documentary and a 2 minute compilation of clips intented merely to titillate.

I just checked and you can watch it for free with Amazon Prime (with ads). Unless you have youtube premium you'll have to endure ads on youtube as well. I pay the $15 a month for youtube premium because it is worth avoiding many hours of ads each month as most of my video consumption is on youtube.

For the pro-level view (think "institutional traders") watch 18:34 through 18:52 approximately. Then listen to the FF members talk about how good they are through about 19:11, especially the one who suggests that she should become a vendor and "sell her tips."

I can't download nor record these, so you'll just have to try to locate where you can watch them if Youtube has blocked them from you in your country. I'd help if I could, but these are really locked down with some technological voodoo. If I try to record, youtube knows it, and the recording is silent and a black screen.

Maybe a bit of profanity, but very little. Nothing explicit nor violent, and I do not recall any reference to suicide. I guess since it is rated PG-14 instead of G or PG that it is considered "age restricted" by youtube.

Starting my 20 day documentation trading gold during 5-5:20am pst with only 3 micros using my topstep challenge
Tp- 1.62
SL- 0.318
If I see this does not produce positive results I will change it after 20 days. This is a good challenge for myself so I can stick to something for a period of time
Day 1-
buy breakout failed, SL hit
sell breakout, TP achieved.
small loss on the day but it doesnt matter because this is about sticking to a plan
