Which broker with great number of US stocks, also penny stocks?

Hi,

I’m in EU and looking for a broker to trade several penny stocks and minor Nasdaq stocks, preferably with high leverage.
It doesn't need to be on MT4 platform, it can be any one.

I understand it may be an exotic, non-regulated broker - hopefully not a scam!

Any suggestion?
