Doable? Definetly. Likely? Idk, this week holds important data and the market is very dependant on news in the past time. But i am very exited where we are going to end this week as well. As we know Trump, he likes to pump and dump very quickly. As i also think that the consequences of tariffs are still not as strongly felt in the US than they actually are going to be.

24000 may be by NY opening.
Nothing really for buyers; it's very expensive ticket and nothing for sellers.

News that will hit NQ if it happens:
"Semi-conductors in the crosshairs Chips remain the leadership group, but the unusual 15%-of-China-sales revenue-share arrangement for Nvidia and AMD keeps policy risk live. Any fresh China response could ping NQ intraday. "

Testing yesterday high means grabbing liquidity and buyers might jump in.
A close below yesterday high opens the door to test yesterday low. But I think price will provide a LH before any continuation down.

Inline or undershoot, a done deal rate cut which is very positive for equities and a new ATH is expected.

They won't change the direction which is South.
