That's enough for today. A good start to the new week. Feeling a bit bored because no one is at home. The kids have gone to school, and some to campus, while my wife went out to buy groceries. The weather is gloomy outside, and I feel like going for a bike ride after more than a month of resting due to health issues

To most traders, price movement on the 1-minute chart is just meaningless 'noise'. But for a scalper, it's an art form — a movement that can be read and interpreted.

I make entries on M1, but M1 is too messy for signals. I use H1 and above candlesticks. But there is no right or wrong way. There is only what works (whatever that may be).

True, many say that the 1-minute chart is too messy for signals, and many prefer to look for signals on larger timeframes. It depends on each person's trading style. I'm not interested in commenting on other trading methods — just continue with whatever works best for you.

Two consecutive losses are a bad sign. This is what happens when I get too greedy or overly confident, leading to stupid mistakes that shouldn't happen. I should have waited for a breakout candle or a candle that truly shows dominant characteristics — which should have no wick. It's time to take a short break, get some fresh air outside while enjoying a cup of coffee and my favorite pudding.

Every time I make a mistake and suffer a loss, I share it with my wife. She will definitely ask why, after all these years of trading, I still make such mistakes. She’ll go on nagging and teasing me, sometimes for hours. But I never feel hurt by her words — in fact, I laugh along at her antics. It's like having an unpaid personal advisor. I can't imagine how empty my life would be without her.

Once again? I should've listened to my wife — shut down MT4 and enjoy the coffee.

My friend asked why I keep sharing charts on FF. I replied that this is my trading journal, and I will continue to share in this space — I don’t mind if anyone reads it. In fact, I’m happy if someone gains something from this journal.

Mistakes and the losses that come with them are actually great lessons. So don’t be afraid to mess up and own it. That’s how you bounce back with fresh energy.
