With the DCC in place at that time from February 20th a lower time frame entry presented itself at the bottom of the DCC
Worker retrace to top of daily shadow and H4 at the bottom of its shadow, doesn't get much better than this.

Very active PA. a reverse Thumb formation using DOW NYSE sessions preceded a reasonable move up few days ago.
Likely to see a good action today.

Maybe something for next week, AUDUSD broken through WCC and Daily control, retraced from monthly april close.

Gold for scalping works great with Strat's PASR system .
After setting the settings with M15, in M5/M1, point entries with a mini-stop are considered.
The high volatility of XAU/USD gives a lot of micro-impulses where you can catch 10-30 points.

An example of a calculation for a prop company
Let's say you were given a bill of $50,000:
The risk per trade is 0.7% → $350
TP at R:R 2:1 → $700 per trade
If both transactions are TP: $1,400 profit per day (2.8% deposit)
If 1 TP and 1 SL: +$350 per day (0.7%)
If 2 SL: −$700 per day (-1.4%) — you stay within the daily limit of most promotions

If the profit target is 10% (standard for FTMO, TFT, etc.):
At 2 TP per day → the 10% target is taken in about 4-5 trading days
With 1 TP + 1 SL per day → the 10% goal is taken in about 14-15 days

Just posting for self learning feedback. Price exited below outside of the WCC and then reentered. PA on 1h chart right on the low of WCC. Is this correct?

Another query if I may? My understanding is this was a DCC, again price left it and then renetered with PA on the 1h chart. My query is first is this correct how I am interpreting this, and also would the DCC still be valid after this time?

At times people can get tired repeating that same time and over again and again.
Hope Strat is well and I do miss his posts.

I have never thought it was a good idea to expect other traders to trade in a similar fashion to me, in my journal I mention things I find useful as a record for my own history and learning, mainly about myself. If for reason of weakness or being confused and tired I do something else I count it as regrettable.
If some find what I post useful it is ok and pleasing, but I do not bring anything new or totally brilliant to the table, just emphasising common sense.

Shorter TFs are becoming very challenging likely due to algo trading, one needs to hold different things in perspective, be patient and manage the risk.
I only trade DOW and occasionally NASDAQ, both cash and quarterly futures.

Just returned to trading after longer break due to travelling and busy summer. Will post things from time to time.
