What an insane week.

With Gold having tariffs, investors might want to turn their attention to purchasing gold in other countries rather than in US. Looking at GPB price, this to me look like it's going to break out of the resistance. Meanwhile, USD price turning into rising wedge of some sort.

Maybe we see some sell off this coming week along with CPI having slight increase expectations. So that's my speculations.

Let's go boyssss.

The week was just quite good actually IMO , alot of good moves , oppourtunities and really good charts were shared on the thread......yall have good weekend but what are your plans for the next week espessialy the newses comming .......

Interesting data.

Non-commercial long is I guess governments and pension funds.
The commercial ones are going for short.

Total traded there is 460000 lots. This is only trades on Comex exchange I think, so total lots per day is then much more I assume. Interesting and useful to know this too.

I haven’t followed these data, have someone used it for real trading? Can it be usefull?

As the friday was interesting day for me...

i will share my view for next week( baseed leevel/ number only)....not tiday but tumorrow.

Big change in longs. Hmm.

I think we need to pay attention to commercial positions if I read it right. This also lines up with my thoughts of impending sells next week. Thanks for this.

However, this is futures . Does it affect spot gold prices?

..but to add I compared both charts (futures/spot) levels + candle patterns not necessarily price. We have divergence happening on the last 2 highs of both charts 4 & 5 with futures hitting all time high with an obvious standard doji and have doji printed on spot as well. Just a puzzle and what is likely to happen next after the gold tariff drama.

First of all Why i don't use trend lines ...........i don't understand thats easy as it gets just drawn them to show the overall direction of market..............

Hit the ceiling .................never mind but what i ment was ......if gold goes down to 80 i am short it goes above 3410 i am buy if you didn't got my wording .........and you also mentiond the "ressistence" on the spot market ...........for my understanding the more times a "ceiling" is being tested the weeker it gets ......not here to argue or prove something but i am still not A PRO like you
