Big day for the direction of next month...
Yesterday, NQ closed very bearish after a very strong earnings and a new ATH! The second wave of tariffs is the reason. Tariffs are now moving from 10% to 15% to 35% up to 50%!!!! This is insane.
Anyhow, the focus is on NFP.
Good data is good for NQ and Equities and vice-versa.
Market expects an inline data towards bad data.
Currently price is at previous week low (Blue line). At H1 TF, we have even a brake down.

NFP data came RED. Equities/NQ should go south from now until next FED meeting with adjustments from next sets of data. Price is at last week low. If this hour closes below, I might jump in before NY opening.
I opened a small swing Sell position with 100 points STP. If it works well, I'll keep it open until it reaches the last target.

Upcoming Weekly Analysis!
FA Analysis:
1- US data started showing some cracks in terms of macroeconomic and particularly in employment, one of the two FED mandates.
2- Inflation is still under control but the fear of tariff impacts on it is huge.
3- Trump tariffs 2.0 are higher than the 1.0; we moved from 10% to at least 15-25%.
4- The control of the FED by Trump is increasing and Powell will resign asap.
This week is very light in terms of data.
So all the above have very negative impacts on stocks and equities. The only positive impact is the almost done deal rate cut in September which comes with free money.
As mentioned previously, market will most probably dump stocks in order to buy the dip close to September meeting.
TA Analysis:
Monthly TF:
The monthly close was irrelevant. We got an inside bar.
Weekly TF:
We got a strong bearish weekly close. A continuation down is expected. The target is the yellow box.
Daily TF:
The daily close was also bearish.
We have two scenarios:
1- A direct continuation down; or
2- A retrace of 50% then a continuation down. My bais is with this scenario.

Currently price at Resistance level consolidating.
We have two options:
1- Market is dismissing all Trump's noise with tariffs and has started pricing in September rate cut. So Direction is UP. This is not my preference.
2- Latest buyers were caught with NFP outcome and try to push up to liquidate which explains yesterday move. The fear of recession will be the main narrative and we should see a nice drop until September meeting to buy the rate cut. My bias is with this scenario.
Let see the opening range to decide which direction we go.
