This indicator has the capability to detect various chart patterns. To activate this feature, follow these steps:

Point and Figure Patterns
"Wait and See" Patterns

Flag

This pattern shows a large gain, followed by a period of consolidation. It then breaks past the resistance line. The height of the new breakout should be similar to that of the opening move in the pattern.

Inverted Flag

This pattern shows a large drop, followed by a period of consolidation. It then breaks past the support line. The height of the new fall should be similar to that of the opening drop in the pattern.

Pennant Pattern

This is a variation of the Flag pattern except for the structure of the consolidation. In this case it is triangular. The breakout should also have large volume and the height of the new breakout should be similar to that of the opening move in the pattern.

Inverted Pennant Pattern

This is a variation of the Inverted Flag pattern except for the structure of the consolidation. In this case it is triangular. The downward breakout should also have large volume and the height of the downward breakout should be similar to that of the opening move in the pattern.

Bullish Breakout of a Symmetrical Triangle

This pattern is similar the pennant pattern except it does not have a "pole". This pattern is rather unreliable and there is real bias to the direction it may actually take. False breakout's in this case may also occur so look for large volume to accompany the breakout.

this is fix lot size P&F chart price move at 3321 but box is at 3318, every time price move i have to refresh the chart for new boxes,
and can you make it 3 box reverse?

"I previously used a time frame of 1m, but to avoid slowing down the system, I increased the refresh time. For the price, I initially used the average of Ask and Bid prices, but I changed it to your preferred method for better results. I hope this will be useful for you.

By default, it's set to 60 seconds, but you can change the refresh interval in seconds if you want.

Second way of trading anchor column!!!
The VCP (Volatility Contraction Pattern)

First we need Anchor Column ( The column with minimum 15 box) If anchor column is bullish then its buy setup and if its bearish then its sell setup
then we wait for 3 inside Column, if any of these 3 Column break High or low of the anchor column then setup is not valid
after this 3 inside column we trade next double top buy if setup is bullish and trade next double bottom sell if setup is bearish

look at the column 1 in Photo below it's bearish anchor column
2 and 3 and 4 all of this column is inside column
then we took sell on next double bottom sell
SL is high of double bottom sell setup
TP is according to your preference

Note:- I didnt consider the big bullish anchor column 2 column before the bearish column because the bullish anchor column was news candle

i trade VCP on stock for many years and it give me very good result.
i look for setup in 0.25% ,0.5% ,1% box size depending on stock, if its front line stock i trade on 0.25% box size on daily time interval, and if any stock qualify then i look for entry on 5min time interval with 0.5% box size

This is the trade i took last month it's still running
I gave all detail in Photo,
we can use this this type of entry for forex, we'll discuss the bigger time frame setup and entry on lower time frame in other post.
For target as you can see in Target line i say "we can use this vertical count as TP"
So what is the formula of Vertical count?
bullish vertical count = bottom of the patter + ( length of the pattern x box value x reversal value)
bearish vertical count = top of the pattern - ( length of the pattern x Box value x reversal value )

Bullish vertical count:-
5x10x3=150 ( length of the pattern x box value x reversal value)
150+920+1070

bearish vertical count :-
5x10x3=150
1080-150=930

Key Rules of the Point & Figure (P&F) Strategy
Identify Anchor Column

  1. Must have at least 15 boxes ( confirms strong trend).
  2. If bullish (Green-column) ➔ Buy Setup
  3. If bearish (Red-column) ➔ Sell Setup

Wait for 3 Inside Columns

  1. After the anchor column, next 3 columns must stay inside the high/low of the anchor.
  2. Invalid if:

    1. Sell Setup: Any column breaks the high of the anchor.
    2. Buy Setup: Any column breaks the low of the anchor.


Trade Entry

  1. For Buy Setup (Bullish Anchor):

    1. Enter on Double Top Breakout (New X-column breaks above previous X-high) BUY


  2. For Sell Setup (Bearish Anchor):

    1. Enter on Double Bottom Breakdown (New O-column breaks below previous O-low) SELL


Example in Action
Sell Setup Example:

  1. Anchor Column (Red-column) with 15+ boxes ➔ SELL SIGNAL
  2. Next 3 columns stay inside the anchor’s range ( Valid)
  3. Double Bottom forms (New Red-column breaks low) ➔ SELL ENTRY
  4. Stop Loss (SL) = High of the breakdown column
  5. Take Profit (TP) = Use 2:1 Risk-Reward or Vertical Count

Pro Tips

  1. Measure box size carefully (Too small = noise, Too big = late signals).
  2. Use Vertical Count for bigger trends (Great for swing trading).

Ready to Trade?

  1. Bullish? Look for Green-column anchor + Double Top Break
  2. Bearish? Watch for Red-column anchor + Double Bottom Break
