Monitoring this black channel on the daily chart. If it breaks 1.1829 - 1.1845 then it can move over 1.2000!

Imagine if Powell lowers rates on Wednesday next week, Euro will fucking fly. The rally today started when Lagarde mentioned that they had projected what to do in the situation of 1.20 and they responded strongly. They said they would inject liquidity and that deflationary pressures aren’t a concern for them. That’s very bullish.

If market is pricing in no rate cuts, and Powell cuts there is a price discovery differential that would need to be filled. In my opinion it would be bullish for the Euro.

Yes smart move. Not sure, its having some trouble at 1785/90 but it should pass. Now or then! Whatever!
