Tradingview Multiple OHLC Sessions Indicator

This indicator is only capable of drawing four sessions as candles.
I spoke to the creator who told me it is possible to add many more sessions so I'm wondering if you are capable of coding that?
The new indicator should mark anything up to 24 custom time window sessions "xx:xx-xx:xx" and be able to highlight them as OHLC candles.

Not sure about Tradingview coding but with Metatrader usually it is possible to duplicate the indicator with a different name and use it that way.

You might hit your indicator limit with Tradingview unless you have the higher value accounts.

Well, I never said to leave TV.

I said to try to duplicate the indicator by giving it another name like Market Sessions 2.0

The source is open code, right? Even an amateur could try that.

It kind of worked.. I was able to create 24 sessions, but they didn't lock to the time I set. When you start to move the chart around, the boxes get left behind. Seems there's more in-depth coding needed to make this perfect.

chatgpt (free version) is pretty good with pinescript

I have found chatgpt to be terrible. I will have a look at copilot on GitHub tonight but I can already see it's based on chat gpt. Hope to find some solution soon. Unfortunately the creator didn't want to help and was adamant that I pay him $300 for the customisation. I think that's pretty far out - it must be something simple! Just have to find it.
Still open to help if anyone is out there!

Ive written and adapted many scripts using chat......you have to understand what exactly it is you want and give the right prompts
