I found an interesting trading system that is worth testing.
Bollinger band red (50,2)
BB yellow (50,3)
BB dark orange (50,4)
RSI(7)
Stochastic (14,3,3)
EMA100 white
EMA200 lime
Buy:
Wait for the price to break the lower red BB, RSI less than 30, stoch less than 20. If the price goes back towards the red line, RSI > 30, and stoch reaches or exceeds 40, we open a long position after the candle closes.
SL: the lower BB in yellow or dark orange, depending on your risk tolerance.
TP: the midline of the BB (50SMA) or the upper red BB
Sell:
Wait for the price to break through the upper red BB, RSI>70, stoch>80. Wait for the price to return below the red line, RSI below 70, stoch to 60 or below and open a short position.
SL: upper yellow or dark orange BB
TP: midline or upper red BB
Trend filtering: I only open a sell position when the price is below the 50 SMA on H4, and buy when the price is above it. I solved this with SMA 400 on M30, and SMA 800 on M15, so I don't have to switch between timeframes.
