recent data may give market the hope that he will, at least indicate when we may start seeing rate cuts, and Trump will for sure adding pressure to him.
Daily/weekly close should give a bit of clue.
agree that its already priced in as part of usd weakness, mabe pump and dump when its actually out

The EU dropped to below 1.1500 but recovered quickly and is now trading near 1.1560, a few pips below 1.1574 resistance. Geopolitics didn't allow the pair to continue its uptrend, and we might see more consolidation until things become clear above 1.1614 and 1.1631.

I have to close now. It was a great week with lots of movement! I wish you a great weekend with lots of fun too!

The EUR/USD closed up for the second week after it broke the 1.1574 high and reached the 1.1631 high. Geopolitics prevented the pair from moving higher, and now it is consolidating below the broken resistance at around 1.1550, but it's keeping the strong support at 1.1500 for now. There is scope for more retracement toward 1.1475 or even lower toward 1.1425/00, but if bulls manage a break above resistance at 1.1631, then 1.1692, the next level of resistance, should be next.

looks like a small gap down.

am not good at counting waves but we may in wave 5, just not sure where the top is

On Friday, we had good data from the USA for the dollar, and the market moved higher. So, I see that this is being played against the majority in the market.
