Disliked{quote} Hi 40PipsAlan, can i ask what make you sell ? Other than the fact H4 RSI 80 + H1 DIV above EMA swing (look from your order, HD H1 seem more correct) + M5 HD bear ???Ignored
Disliked{quote} Is a case of W1,D1,H1 all in divergence so I am expecting a move back to the H1 EMA at anytime. Took a punt on a short which paid off this time. If it goes up then I lose 1% and will have to work harder to recover it. Alan calls it gambling but I call it travelling to work and not much time to study the chart. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you, if so, it is risky for my taste. Just wonder, do you trade long time frame like daily, weekly on other pair or stock ? As the way i saw it, Alan method work pretty good on any TF and symbols. And you seem busy with your travel working --> you don't have much screen timeIgnored

Disliked{quote} You seem to be predisposed to making this much harder than it need be. There is no such thing as trading without risk otherwise we wouldn't need to employ stops. When adding more pairs into the mix the risk increases because each pair has its own characteristics, one or two methods may not produce the same results. Not only that but the amount of time spent in analysis adds up to a headache we can well do without.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Alan What was your higher timeframe bias clues for yesterday's long trade(s)? Personally, I only had a long bias based on the higher timeframe EMAs seeming to head toward long ema swing targets, but there was no higher timeframe divergences or other clues that i could see for long trades around the Frankfurt to London open times.Ignored
Disliked{image} Today trade, i saw up move without support bull on M15-30 and H1 have bear support --> try short Trade 1: Short when H1 close and cover bear support, at that time M5 DIV bear. Stoploss 20 pip. Result: loss Problem: should hedge when M30-M15 form support possible + M5 already come back to EMA Trade 2: Short again when H1 close under EMA swing, and M5 DIV bear tại EMA swing. Stoploss still 20 pip This time, even H1 can be bull support possible, and M5 reject build bear support and build bull support instead. But we have DIV bear at M15...Ignored
