Still holding longs from yesterday, down about 15 pips currently. I expect EU to keep going up for the next couple of days (until NFP in Friday) but will close the trade tomorrow evening.

Next EU should test 1.1439-54 but it might first consolidate below before a strong break above. Give it some time dont rush trades. Next if s break happens 1.1464/74 or 1.1500 is in my cards! 1.1400 should offer support now we have a fundamental confirmation.

This is what happens when you don't finish the job when dealing with inflation. Trump wants lower rates for USD, what do you think thats gonna do to EURUSD?

Risk-on assets back in the market for a cheap dollar, but inflation is making a comeback big time.

High inflation is not good for none and the fed should do what Trumps orders sooner or later!

I'm curious what a pause on rate cuts tomorrow will do to EU!

Today, the EURUSD pair experienced significant upward momentum. This was primarily driven by better-than-expected Eurozone Services PMI data, which initially pushed the pair above 1.14000. Subsequently, much weaker-than-anticipated US economic data, including a disappointing ADP Non-Farm Employment Change and a contracting ISM Services PMI, further weakened the US Dollar, propelling EURUSD higher to challenge the key resistance level of 1.1454.

EUR/USD tested 1.1434 one more time before dipping near 1.1400 again on low volume, as the market awaits the ECB to deliver another 0.25% rate cut today. 1.1410 and 1.1434 should keep the ranging price action intact, but a break outside this range will bring other levels into scope. Further support is located at 1.1374 and 1.1356, while above, resistance is located at 1.1439/54, 1.1464/74, or 1.1500

Tarrifs should be negative to EU growth but most in US. So the dollar could hit harder if this scenario unfolds.
