Too bad I wasn't next to my PC or I would of saved myself and many others many pips and actually made some pips, we had a clear signal on the 4h that a reversal was gonig to happen...

This could be the market deciding that the feds will either cut the rate or signal a rate cut.

I was stopped out at 241.40

Yes. It confirmed! So, according to A, we should be watching for a ret to the 5 sma (currently 240.70) on the 1h and a bear to bull move on the SI before opening a long. Probably in the Asian session. Anyone agree?

At least you are trying to help people.....there are not many people out there who are willing to help..god bless....

I got screwed my self by trying to short the beast today but these things happen...

I am going to wait for the market to retrace if it ever will and take my new positions....

do you actually read what I say? I said that I believe long term the pound is probably going to drop dramatically. Over the next day, it is more likely to go up.

Yeah i tought so,but only if we have a strong bullish indication after we hit 240.60 which is 5SMA as u said right?

My 4HR says long:

Doji and ret. @ 74.6 and bollinger band
Resistance line broken
20 SMA broken

My only concern is th long distance it made on the last candle reaching 23.6

So off to bed and tomorrow is a new day

You had he right thing in mind. Every thing techinically was Bearish.

But here comes DOW.

Now the only thing is, does his transpire to Asian markets and London??

Will price go up due to this strong day by DOW? Or will it retrace back and continue its path of its trend!!!

That was the largest single hourly move (body of the candle, i.e. OC) for quite some time. 133 pips

Seems to me that the DOW ought to be an hourly indicator to add to the mix.
I keep CNBC / CNN running on TV in the background anyway so it doesn't get by me.

Why is it BS? All global stock markets follow the US markets.. duh. He mentioned earlier to look out for the DOW as well. Right now there is a strong correlation between carry trades and equities, we shouldn't ignore that.
