It's just bad. I'm not sure if he troll or what is it, but if not, he really should make a proper system. Even trendfollowing Moving Averages would work (tick charts are great for this) if you draw resistance or support on high or low before for example H1 and trading on t40 or t90. 
I'm doing exactly the same thing. Over-leverage but it works. 
Just to be clear, this was like 5m idea. I used my ideas on my old threads and I already know how to watch tick charts, so it's very easy to make any system in 10 minutes or even less.
for an hour long drawdown.
For everyone who want to find something usable in this thread, here's what I do. Easy resistance/support on hourly chart, entry is on tick chart. Can be done on phone, just works. Drawdown does not exist if did properly. Settings of EMA'S doesn't care at all. And this was 1 300 eur account.

It's better than MT4 anyway.. And not only that, brokers using ctrader are ok, not scammers. At least, NEVER tried broker with ctrader that was bad. So I believe it's connected.
