If your AccountCurrency() is USD, then SL_USD = 2.0 means the EA will try to set a stop loss that corresponds to a $2.00 USD risk.
 
If your AccountCurrency() is EUR (and SL_USD is still set to 2.0 in the inputs), the EA will interpret this as a desired stop loss of 2.00 EUR, not 2.00 USD.
 
If your AccountCurrency() is JPY (and SL_USD is still set to 2.0), it will be interpreted as 2.00 JPY.
