You're right — it may not have been the ideal setup. However, that would have been my entry and stop-loss, based on the strong rejection followed by a clean bullish candle. Still, I understand why you'd say it's not as per rules. Thank you for pointing it out. I appreciate the feedback — it's helping me become more disciplined. Posting my setups gives me a sense of accountability, and moving forward, I'll make sure to follow all the rules before sharing any setups.

I mostly trade Gold and Nasdaq. I usually trade during the New York session, and sometimes in the Asian session if I see a good setup.

Sure, but you mentioned a backtest with some results. It is vital to know how you did it, because trading must follow the BT to make those results

I made this entry on btcusd RR 1/2! I can't place the MACD because I don't have the paid version of Tradingview haha

I'm not sure what you're implying, but I've clearly explained my entries and exits. This is exactly how I trade, with a few tweaks to take-profits, but always aiming for a minimum of 2R, as I mentioned.

Nice entry, Give me a day or two i will try to update the indicator where you can display the MACD as well.

OK. I try one more time. You wrote: Win Rate - 55–60% based on backtesting.

Question: How did you backtest:

  1. All setups within the NY session?
  2. All setups within Asian session?
  3. All setups at all times around the 24 hours?
  4. Or something else?
