Longer TFs are less time demanding, as I put myself under more emotional pressure trading shorter TFs.
Every instrument has both, its own particular and other commonly shared characteristics.
Gold looks very tradable and responds well to the current fear and greed situation.

If you use guppy averages you realize if you plot the stochs that the elasticities happens when there is a retracement and the investor fun (long term averages) stays strong in the trend direction while traders fan (short term averages) is contractin towards the investors. This contraction and expansion is all I need to trade elasticity type trades so I remove stochs and leavE only averages and apb ashi indicator. I trace lt on price to confirm trend or exhaution and structure breaks and thats it.
