15-30 seconds entries based on Higher Time Frame Structure

I've been 2,5 years studying ICT executions and entry models and I focus on Order Block. I look for 4hour - 1 hour narrative and go down below 1 minute for entry for tight SL.
For example here's Today 15 seconds execution on Nasdaq based on 4h OB model :

Then I switch to Gold few minutes after and saw this 30seconds OB model too :

Price printing the same level on all time frames so when you know what you're looking for and able to utilize it, I believe its a Benefit

Great concept and very profitable in terms of risk to reward the way that I look at it. But what do you mean by 'when you know what you are looking for'

Its your entry model, the rules of your model, so you have fixed Entry, TP and SL levels and you have to know what time of day when most likely it will occur

If you're looking at charts as fast as 15 seconds, have you also tried using tick or volume charts?

I practically live on the 15/5 second on NQ using the 1 + 12 mins as HTF. The benefits of lower timeframes are huge when it comes to boosting pattern recognition and also getting used to executing due to how fast your idea will be right or wrong. The number of setups you can see in a session is massive compared to say a 1 or 4 hour. I recommend a lot of beginners to get low as soon as possible

Yes, there are plenty of these low TF setup being printed but I use 4h-1h-15m for the "pivot" levels.. and look down on 15s - 30s at these high time frame levels for entry. I use ICT Order Block model, its fractals.

What's the difference between an order block and fair value gap?

Bull OB confirmed when a Red candle got violated with Green candle that closed above Red candle body
Bear OB confirmed when Green candle got violated with Red candle that closed below Green candle body

Just look at the picture if you don't understand, it already describe what an OB looks like.
Post here your chart that show OB, I'll let you know if its wrong or its the right one

That is to say, you are looking for a order block (OB) in a higher timeframe like 15 minutes, when the OB is formed, do you then go down to 15 seconds-30 seconds to look for another OB with its respective entry?
