Whatever that happens it is a standing fact that Japanese Yen in the case of EURJPY must become stronger quickly to give a sell in 4hrs Time frame

ie Any 4 hour period.
Or a specific 4hr candle time that can be quantified in the future.
If you mean generally as in any 4 hours I guess if you’re saying price "usually goes up first before it goes down", then
