Hyundai in March announced a $21 billion commitment to investing in domestic manufacturing from 2025 to 2028. As part of that commitment, the company has pledged to put $9 billion toward expanding domestic automobile production to 1.2 million vehicles a year, it said.

IBM on April 28 pledged to invest $150 billion in U.S. manufacturing over five years. At least $30 million will go toward research and development to further U.S.-based computer manufacturing, the computing giant said

Drugmaker Merck is investing $1 billion to build a U.S. plant in Delaware. The move comes amid plans by President Trump to impose tariffs on pharmaceuticals, which would include taxes on imported ingredients used drug manufacturing.

Last week, American chip maker Nvidia announced that for this first time in the company's history, it will be manufacturing chips and AI supercomputers in the U.S. Nvidia said in a statement that it has commissioned more than a million square feet of manufacturing space to build its Blackwell chips in Arizona and AI supercomputers in Texas. The company said it expects to produce up to half a trillion dollars' worth of AI infrastructure in the U.S.

Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche in April said it's committing $50 billion to growing its U.S. operations.

All those actions will lead to more expensive products made in USA with the same result as paying high tariffs to get products made from abroad. Besides, the list you presented, even if they go ahead with their promisses, it's not going to help pay the record defecit for US. So, you can dream on. Meanwhile, the rest of the world will build new connections and relations and forget about the misery that US brought upon them by being unreliable and untrustworthy.

Let's break down what the world might look like if we'd kept having lots more kids, like nearly 4.8/woman since the 70s. We would ahve 12-15 bln people.

We're already using way more than the Earth can replace each year, like trying to spend $1.70 when you only make a $1. Imagine doubling the number of people trying to grab those same resources. Food and water would be super scarce, especially where things are already tough. More places would be hungry.

More people means we need more space to live and farm. That means cutting down more forests, losing more kinds of plants and animals, and pumping more stuff into the air that warms things up (I know, I know, GW is a myth and the Earth is flat)

When essential things is hard to find because so many people want it - the price goes way up. Housing would be more expensive, especially in cities that would be bursting at the seams.
How about wages with tons of people looking for work?

When resources are scarce and life is hard, people move. They'd try to go wherever things are better, causing a lot of stress and maybe even fighting in different areas. So more migration and more conflicts.

Disparities between and within countries would widen. The poorest would be hit hardest by resource shortages and rising costs.
And so on.

- gold standard creates deflationary pressure. Falling prices made it harder for businesses to make a profit and pay off debts

Why did you mention tin foil hat if you've just agreed that eugenics is good in your opinion, actually necessary in your view? If we had an honest money system and not the one based on fraud (literal ponzi scheme), then things wouldn't be out of reach for normal folks like it is today. Only those close to the "money" (Gold and Silver are real money) printer and the people they corrupt have extraordinary amount of "money", while others have almost none. So, the problem with the money we could solve with an honest money system (currency backed by Gold). We're not using almost all of the Earth's resources, that's just not true at all. Someone made sure there's enough of food and water and other necessary things already here on Earth and they ain't gonna run out ever. I typed in resource problem and I got World Economic Forum in the search, so yeah... the same are guilty for every other propaganda there is including the "global warming". If you do a slight research (not on google, because it's feeding you propaganda only), you will see that the "problems" you are talking about now have been talked about for centuries. It's always the same bullshit, by year 1920, by year 1980, by year 2050. we will use all of the Earth's resources bullshit, global warming, is the ice age coming... and a ton of other crap which repeats every decade.
