That is not a coincident nor my grandma's favorite quote. It is in fact a revelation of how cycles work.
Now1:9 written without the ":" becomes 19 and is a reference to the 19-year metonic cycle.
Gann used to say the the 60 year cycle was the most important, which is a Jupiter-Saturn cycle, actually 3 20 year conjunction cycles within the same sign.
However, these cycles work for a while and then disappear for a while and reappear.
There is a reason for that.
