or just make an Ea with the breakout indicator open a trade when show the arrow and close the trade when show the arrow and viceversa.

May be of any use,almost old ver,it allow user/s to chose symbols too
not tested recently but it was working fine when posted first time (long ago)
just press button of any desired tf/s,of any combinations of any numbers

Though it is not as you asked but posting it for others to know that mtf can be displayed & used like this even
the ver combining (merging) different TFs in single display representing selected TFs values (one line)
it is an old variation of mtf stoch from "TSD" days,later in 2016 metaquotes bought tsd forum and all stuff of tsd merged in mql5
