Maybe market has priced in negative tariffs effect, and investors turning more confident to buy market again. I am waiting for that 200 sma to break, maybe a pullback and buy off of that. If it stays above 200 sma, i think it is a buy.

Also, I would add that Trump got the worse 100-day pool survey among all US Presidents with 40% support! So he will be very sensitive at this pool data particularly when it goes below 35&.

Good day!
Same plan same everything for equities.
Positive data is positive for equities and vice-versa.
Today after market closes, we have earnings from MSFT and Meta. In terms of earnings results, there is nothing there as it reflects data prior to tariffs. Only kneejerk reaction.
Same chart as yesterday and day before!

Countries are not bowing to him for tariffs. Actually they are open to negotiation but he was tariffed back by his Western partners as he should be, so did China. China is definitely not talking to him, they said they will but he needs to be more respectful and needs to lower tariffs. They were clear about it. If America suffers, we will all suffer, but America is suffering too. So he needs to be more fair and start coming up with deals otherwise, we are all going into recession, and worldwide market will crash. He started this, he needs to finish it.

Trump will consider himself victorious whatsoever the case. Let say he gets an agreement on anything; in essence it's just going back to pre-tariffs; pre-agreement; etc. So no change will be considered as a win!!!
It's a chaos that USA will pay the big price for it.

Finally NQ provided both HL and a new HH is underway (all as expected).
MSFT and Meta data were strong. But their earnings were prior to tariffs. So no major or fundamental impacts on NQ.
If NFP data will be undershoot, Wave 3 will start on Friday.

I forgot about the monthly close!
NQ Monthly candle was bullish! Price retraced up to 61.8 fib. From this TF, we should expect a continuation up!! This is against my weekly analysis that projected 5 down waves and price has reached the end of Wave 2. Let see how it works out.

I have two converging areas of interests.
4H support and 38.2% fib level at 19.690,00 and 19.679,25 respectively. That would be a nice retracement.

Yesterday candle was bearish, Is it the end of the upper move?
All will depend on today's data and rumors from WH.
1- Undershoot data: Very bad for equities and NQ starts its Wave 3. But keep in mind, an undershoot also means FED will cut and free money will be on the table which is positive equities.
2- Inline: Bad for equities as FED rate cut and free money chances will decrease. In this case, price might continue its consolidation.
3- Overshoot: Good for equities and NQ might reach 21000. In this scenario, Fed rate cut will be out from June meeting.
Regarding WH rumors, it seems tariffs deals are imminent or underway. I already mentioned here few times that the 90-day pause will become an eternity pause. This seems a major change. But in my view it won't be a sustainable or durable change as all countries lost confidence in US.
Until the rumor becomes a fact, I maintain the same plan for ST/MT/LT: Sell.
