Seeking Help to Optimize My EA for Variable Spread Conditions
Hi everyone,
I’ve developed an EA that has shown impressive results — turning a $1,000 account into $6.5 million in just 1 years of backtesting. However, there’s a major issue I’m facing:
The EA performs well only under fixed spread conditions (I used a 2-point spread in the backtest). When I test it with variable or higher spreads, the performance drops significantly and becomes unreliable.
I’m looking for someone who can help me modify or optimize the EA so that it can handle real-market spread conditions more effectively — even if the results are not exactly the same, something close would be great.
If anyone has experience with this type of issue or knows how to make an EA more spread-resilient, I’d really appreciate your advice or assistance.
Thank you!
