Again, FF is a big place. I'd welcome you or anyone else who is a proponent of volume as a trade variable. I'd read that thread. But this is really not about that, at all.
This is about trading a simple, fixed set of rules. No interpretation need. All you need is the ability to tell time, and then locate a specific bar based on time, and then wait for price to do its thing, signaling it is time for you to do your thing.
Pricebobbing is about using the fixed bar methodology to complete Mark Douglas's training and transform oneself from a losing trader to a winning trader, because that's what winning traders do.

) above, I will show an example from ongoing trade...simple strategy but not a simple mindf**k. Initial Stop loss was 200 points, then had to withstand 150 points against me, but I believed in stats, technique and controlled Fear and Greed. Takes years to acquire that skill...took profits already, +124.

, but after i read your topic now and read again document i found it as pretty powerful tool and already apply it not only to Sp500 but also Dax and Dow, my only and huge consider about strategy is how we can filter our entries to avoid fakeouts and catch swings and trending days, my first thought was try to use Al Brooks probabilities of H or L of the day, but that will require a lot of research and I'm 100% on it now!
