The London Session Breakout Strategy Indicator is designed for MT4 and MT5, capturing the market maker range between 00:00 and 07:00 GMT. This time range often reflects the London Killzone, where liquidity sweeps, smart money moves, and volatility spikes are most common. The indicator draws the session box, high/low levels, and marks breakout direction with clear visuals. You can also enable Fair Value Gaps (FVG) with pip tracking, giving you additional institutional level insights.
What This Indicator Helps With:
- Spotting session based liquidity hunts
- Identifying smart money driven breakouts
- Tracking unfilled Fair Value Gaps (FVGs)
- Aligning with Market Structure Shifts (MSS)
- Understanding range consolidations before volatile moves
I personally use it to track when London breaks the Asian range, sweeps one side, and displaces the other direction, especially useful for entries after liquidity grabs or at breaker block levels.
This Tool Is Great For:

From my experience, one of the most effective ways to approach the London Session Breakout is by closely monitoring the Asian range for clean consolidations before London opens. This gives you a clear market maker range to work with. As price enters the London Killzone, look for early false breaks or liquidity sweeps, which often set the stage for the real move. Once a sweep occurs, I wait for confirmation through a market structure shift (MSS), displacement candles, or alignment with nearby Fair Value Gaps (FVGs). Entries typically form after price takes out liquidity on one side and then breaks structure in the opposite direction. For exits, I prefer targeting FVG completions, previous session highs or lows, or known liquidity pools where price is likely to react. This process allows for more structured, confident trading during one of the most volatile times of the day.
