Someone has been kind enough to collect all of the many posts detailing CF into one document. I am currently doing some light editing and will post the document by the end of the week. This should be considered a DRAFT document, as the author has requested that I include my own comments and reflections. As I am going on vacation for the next 10 days, I will not be able to complete this part right away. Nevertheless, I will post the document because many of you have requested a manual, and after 50 pages of posts, its time has certainly come. The document is of remarkable quality and has my full endorsement.

Now the dow is coming back up, and so is GJ. Down needs to drop below 13,300 to get the breakdown in GJ. 13,200 area will get us in the 230s.
