Bollinger filter: trades outside the line. Ema filter: less noisy and more accurate trend direction trading.

(I wrote an Arrow Signal EA KK (MT4)
Indicator to EA Robot Converter EA with chatgpt. You enter the exact name of the indicator and the robot trades with the indicator. The indicator should be in the indicators folder. If the indicator is a repaint, then turn it on! ( true = open on closed candle ) Do not leave SL-TP at zero!
I'll share it if anyone is interested.)

so do we need indicator in the indicators folder for this to work? if so can u share the indicator please?
Also in the gbpusd chart you have shown with the trades what are the values of bollinger bands(100 std 2?) and the ma values please.Looks like interesting setup of entries

There is nothing to optimize.
The only thing is that you should allow:

So that the user can apply what type of MA they want.
Why did you assume that everyone should use EMA, which in fact is SMA, and PRICE_CLOSE, and shift = 0?

Key Modifications:

  1. The tradeExecuted variable will now be set to false if the position is closed not by the EA, but by the TP or SL.
  2. In the OnTick function, the time filter and signal checks stabilize the EA's operation.
  3. I added it:

    input ENUM_APPLIED_PRICE MAPrice = PRICE_CLOSE;
    input int MAShift = 0;
