EURUSD is forming a bearish day after the German ZEW sentiment missed expectations by a wide margin—see news. For now, the pair is continuing its corrective move, likely lower, toward the weekly pivot (1.1237) located a few pips above the broken resistance (now support) at 1.1214. However, the 1.1275 level must break first, and this level is giving bulls one more chance for a leg up to or above 1.1350.

The EUR/USD bounced after the deep to 1.1265 yesterday but resistance at 1.1378/81 is holding another move down unless the bulls manage to get above. 1.1245/37 zone down and 1.1424 or 1.1474 resistance levels up could be the next targets depending the direction.

Going up! 1.1275 proved strong support. Maybe in bull scenario 1.1424 stops the advance and US retail sales might support that. 1.1378/81 first.

Yes it looks that if more volume comes in the bull will charge for a lot higher! But we can be conservative.
