I know this is a little off the subject but does anyone use a broker that has less than 8 spread on the gbp/jpy? please private me if you dont want to answer in this forum

I got in @242.32...best not to hedge and just try to cut losses....if u are certain that the price would go bounce from the 5sma, might as well go for another long from there.

I don't use any that has less than 8 spread but I believe Oanda has 5, check their site Oanda.com

I noticed that FX One World has good spread. Some times 4-5 pips, they pay good swap, too.
( Not a IB, just like to give you information.)

I am with FXDD (Forex direct dealer). 8 spread as well. 4 on gbp/usd, 2 on eur/usd, 3 on usd/jpy. Good broker, I'm satisfied.

See the blue line. It is a 24 LWMA. I usually scalp off the ret to that on 1h for +50 gain.

It wasn't intended to be a warning. What I would do if I was long from the 5 SMA. Is 1) put my SL below the trendline. 2) Maybe increase my position if it breaks out with a buy stop order.

If I was to do 1) I would make sure that didn't increase my risk more than 2%. I may need to sell some at the upper trendline to accomodate.

If I was to do 2) I would make sure that didn't increase my risk more than 2%. This can be accomplished by moving my SL on the first order to BE or another support level.

Check this out I do not make to many calls public. But I have given you my last two trades Both were sweet...Keep track for yourself.

I said to you that 242.20 train left over an hour ago and if we get a close below 242.20 this time this will probably drop. I am not sure yet.. I will post it here.
I do not grab every trade I pick and choose I do not short this pair ever.
I do not care if it drops another 5000 pips I will not make 1 pip shorting.
But I will run the hell out of every bounce it has.

As of this moment..Not knowing what the DOW is going to do in the last hour
This will top out around 243.30-243.60 I have too many "things" in this area on all charts to doubt it This is what I am holding out for on my long.

If we get a close below 20 I beleive this is gone. The DOW will let us know between 3 and 4 That is all I'm out see ya after 6

BTW my SL for my long is 242

Good call... I do some shorts but only for a day or so to avoid that swap haha! I took a look at some more indicators. Think I'll probably short around the 243 zone and ride it down to 241 or 240 after I see how the stock market performs.
