I don't think gold will go below 3219 after today's news — it will probably hit 3252–3260.

better view for Day direction, it need to go flat and low range before changing direction just like the sideway at the bottom that started current uptrend but in reverse.

even the session direction is not flat yet, but that for intraday, for major direction (Day), session need to break down first so the Day can go flat then the Day break should happen, and that takes 1-3 days if price start ranging.

TIME can be controlled, in M5 session BB setting is 96=8hours , when it go flat and low range that means 8H TF candle is small and ready to break.
so, you can read bigger TF's candles from lower TF's using BB.

M15 session BB setting is 32

TIME= number of TF bars in a period
