forex market almost closing, you cannot expect much volume in this time. tomorrow market will set the proper direction. whenever we think gold price cannot go up further...gold just show it's troll face and keep moving up.

currently, i am looking for short set up only. tomorrow we may have a good short set up, lets see. i am looking for 3169/72/80 for short.

i Wish i understood half of teh terms used by these traders. Armatures like us are trying to read bewteen the lines and make sense for the purpose of some guidence.
Can some one say. Buy @ and SL @ or Sell @ and SL @

At this point, I have a similar view on the technicals. Given the volume, the market should have been able to break above the recent high, but that didn’t materialize. Instead, a significant imbalance has formed on the 1-hour chart. The $3146 and $3147 levels are of interest to me, though I remain skeptical that these will be breached. For now, Support remains at $3100 level appears to be a key support zone. That said, current market movements seem to be more heavily influenced by fundamental drivers than technical patterns, so it's essential to approach with caution. A drop in the S&P 500 below the $5486.75 level could trigger a massive selloff and potentially send gold higher, possibly even triggering margin calls across the board. There are multiple factors at play right now plenty to monitor. Let’s see how it unfolds in Asian Session.

Missed lots of gold movement. Still on holiday for Eid Mubarak Celebration. I think we are going to 3150-3250 for this week. Wish you the best of luck and Happy Eid Mubarak for all Muslims.

Based on my analysis (I could be wrong), I believe the Monthly High IB has formed, and I’m leaning towards a potential decline that could break the Monthly Low IB. I plan to sell, but only at safe levels (according to my analysis), which are around the price levels of 3145-3143 or 3140-3138. If 3150 breaks, it might go higher. That’s my outlook for now.

As always, I will enter based on what the market presents at the time. The important thing is that everyone has their own analysis, and both sellers and buyers have opportunities.
I don’t follow the crowd — I follow my system. The rest is just noise.

MissD, i am of the same opinion, however, this is disruptive, and tomorrow, markets will react to this. Sydney will show us the move. look at the below imposed tariffs. Vietnam will enter into crisis as it has major exports to US.

What I see from this is that if the crisis in Vietnam is perceived as a threat to the Asian markets and investors shift their funds to the U.S., the USD could strengthen. This, in turn, could put downward pressure on gold, as USD and gold typically move in opposite directions.

Move in opposite directions except for times when Gold is seen as a safe haven as a hedge against a global trade war.
