I do mean this in a good way, I hope your trading works good for you. Now just an advice, imagine, turning that once in a while trades that you do into, longer term, and holding, could make you a good amount of money. But it is up to you to try it. As long as you apply fundamentals, you are trading like professional, there is no doubt about that. Looking forward talking and sharing analysis with you and others. Every time you mention how actually professional traders trade, people from FF or other threads that are "day trading" will react, because even though the results are in front of them, they are losing, but they still want to believe that day trading is possible. It takes a bit work, but it is possible to do this job, just like any other job out there. You open a restaurant, or some type of business like cleaning business, at the beginning it is challenging, but once you start expending, you will make a good amount of money. Same with trading. I decided to join FF just to pass some time and share trading analysis, as this business gets boring when you are trading alone. But we all know that majority of "day traders" will attack, they will react in a rude manner, and that is perfectly fine, they have to get their frustration from losing money on day trading somehow somewhere. Hopefully someone will take the advice, and eventually start learning and applying trading business the right way. Like I said and will always say this: EMULATE bank and institution traders analysis, do what they do, and you will make a lot of money in this business, just like in any successful industry. All you need is good fundamental education, access to a good internet, a good PC with 2+ screens, but no more than 4 because you just don't need that many, and you need money around $30,000 but that also depends which country one lives in, and what expenses and how much are they in each country. But to actually have this as a full time job, you need minimum $30,000. But still keep your day job until you are sure to make that consistent money every month. The goal is usually to start making $3,000 a month and so on.

It's ok, don't be mad. Once you get out of that "day trading" mindset and learn to trade the professional way, you will never look at the market the same way again. But looks like you are not ready for that yet. That is totally fine, be careful not keep on giving your hard earned money to the market, that is if you are actually trading with real money.

Aussi, I get the feeling this guy is being paid to be on here.

My guess is whoever is paying him is trying to get profitable day traders to get into stocks long term because they've lost their shirts recently while we're making money because we aren't long term. The shill has no idea what he's talking about. Reminds me of the protestors over the last few years who are getting paid to protest and when asked what they're protesting, they have no clue.

What's funny is he keeps saying, "do what the pro's do", but has not once said what the pro's actually do. There's no trading system or plan, just "do what the pro's do." Maybe he should be reclassified as commercial...you know, since he's such a pro and all.

People will see what he isn't and ignore him soon enough.

I haven't read any of the replies but just want to wish you luck. I know we've gone to war in the past but we've been cool for a while.

According to a lot of people I follow in this space on Twitter, they're ranting and raving about Forex being "back". Volatility has returned and people are loving it. Honestly, I haven't noticed any difference and it hasn't affected me one way or the other. I still trade (mostly) using ICT concepts and am seeing consistency.

Will you be trading futures from now on? Commodities or indices? If so, you can still participate in the forums as there are threads dedicated to those products. Your choice. I'm thinking of getting back into trading options, as a big broker here in Canada has finally slashed their outrageously high commissions, and I'm seriously considering getting back into that game.
