Losses will always be there, it's part of the game. As long as wins exceed losses you will make money. Traders with a RR ratio of even 50/50 make a good living.

how do you manage your trade Bakker? I mean after entry how many paips away you put sl or when you do brackeven and when you think close the trade

There's no fixed rule, over the years you obtain a "feeling" for the market. You must keep a journal and record every trade: pair, date, time, size, sl, tp, in, out, etc. Do back checking and see how big your sl should be and how big tp. VERY IMPORTANT, note where the trade ended. Was your tp too close or too far.

When you trade currencies see that you look for two currencies that work against each other i.e. GBP/USD and USD/CHF. Say, you want to sell GBP; look what USD/ CHF is doing, they should work in opposite directions. It may sound kind of stupid to even mention this, but don't be surprised of how many people don't consider this as a factor.
