I have been using the Investsoft EA with the basic settings of BE and multiple TP.
My issue is that when I place the trades, I no longer see the TP lines. Is there a way I can set them to remain on the chart?

Unfortunately, as of now, in our Trade Manager MT5, the feature you're asking about is only available from the Active Order Panel. This is accessible after you click on your trade, as you can see in the images below:

The first image shows the view before clicking on the Active Order Panel in Trade Manager MT5.

Please rest assured that we are working on this, and we plan to include this functionality in future updates. Once implemented, you will be able to see partials without the need to click on the Active Order Panel.

Please refer to the image below for a guide on how to move your Stop Loss to breakeven within the Trade Manager MT5.

In Metatrader MT5, you can easily adjust your Stop Loss to breakeven directly from the active order panel while in the trade. To do this, simply click on the active order panel within the Trade Manager MT5. Once open, you will see a button highlighted in red. Toggle this button to the "ON" position to activate the breakeven functionality.

Before enabling the button, make sure you have selected your preferred breakeven point, whether it's based on Pip, %, Risk-Reward (RR), or Price. To adjust your selection, click on the button where it says Pip and choose the option that suits you.

That is very helpful, thank you so much. I must say that Forex Trade Manager (I have the MT4 version) is an awesome piece of kit which makes managing trades so simple. Without it I would be very dependent on myself to be mentally at the top of my game in order to manage trades, but now I don't have to worry about making quick decisions or changing parameters, it can all be done before the trade is executed. This allows more freedom to focus on reading price which is most important to make an informed decision, if necessary.

I enjoyed using the trade manager. It really made my trade executions a lot easier.

Also, I would like to suggest some additional features that you might wanna consider:

  1. Trade Screenshot: take a screenshot of the chart upon placing, opening, and closing a trade (including the partials)
  2. Max Risk Limit: sets a limit on how much risk (in % / $ / lotsize) you're willing to take per day or per week

I was also wondering if you have a roadmap for future updates? I'm looking forward for the upcoming features for the trading manager.

We appreciate your suggestions. The Trade Screenshot feature (taking a screenshot upon placing, opening, and closing a trade, including partials) is a great idea, and we’ve added it to our to-do list for future updates.

Regarding the Max Risk Limit, could you provide more details on how you’d like it to work in practice? Would you prefer the Trade Manager to prevent placing new trades once the limit is reached, show a warning notification, or maybe something else? Also, how would you like the risk limit to be calculated—based on closed trades only, or should it also include open trades? An example of how you’d like this to function would be really helpful.

As for the roadmap, we don’t have a fixed one. Instead, we continuously gather suggestions from users like you and before each update, we prioritize the most requested features. This way, we can adapt to your needs and focus on what’s most useful rather than sticking to a rigid plan.

I'm glad to share my thoughts in detail regarding the max limit feature, as follows:

  1. Shows a first warning (via notification) when reaching the first threshold of your max limit. For example, a notification will pop-up to inform me that I have already reached 50% (or any assigned value) of my limit. In this way, this will serve as a reminder that my limit is about to get hit and therefore preventing me to reach my limit all the time.
  2. When max limit is reached, placing any trades will be prevented. This also includes preventing the trader from removing the trade manager from the charts as a way to "bypass" the limit. The reset will only occur the next day (at the start of the sydney/tokyo session, doesn't have to be the whole 24 hours).
  3. Aside from using the % / $ / lotsize as basis for setting the limit, I would also add the max number of trades (both loses or wins) taken per day or week.

These suggestions are not limited to the risk limit but can be applicable for the profits as well (especially the 1st and 3rd suggestions). For example, the only 3 winning trades per day or 5 wins per week or I've reached 75% of my weekly/daily profit target.

And these are the things I have in mind for now. Would like to know your thoughts on this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed suggestion. We really appreciate your input, and I can confirm that we’ve already added this to our to-do list.

The idea of a warning notification when reaching a certain percentage of the max limit is definitely something we can implement. Additionally, including trade limits based on number of trades per day or week - both for wins and losses - is a valuable enhancement to risk management.

Regarding preventing the removal of Trade Manager from the chart, this is unfortunately difficult to achieve. The request to remove an EA is handled on MetaTrader’s side, beyond the control of our code. However, we can certainly add warning messages to ensure traders are aware of their limits before reaching them.

If you have any more ideas or suggestions, feel free to share them. We're always open to improving the tool based on trader feedback.

Hey, is there a way to move your stop to break even or a little bit higher than break even manually before my auto break even kicks in in the trade manager, ? Sometimes I dont want to wait to the level I imput in the manager to move manually my stop to be.

IF you want to Secure some profits intstead of moving to breakeven within the Trade Manager MT5

Do the following :
Click on Active order in Metatrader MT5 with our Trade Manager MT5 in profit option select for example 10pip Activate 1 pip profit, that means when your order will go 10 pips in profit it will move stop loss 1pip in profit instead of exactly breakeven!

Hello, Zephyrus Yes, you can use the partial based on the initial lot size. As shown in the image below, my current lot size is 0.40. Alternatively, you can also do this through our Active Order Panel in our Trade Manager Mt5 as displayed in the second image.

AS I said before, definitely this trade manager is a really good tool to simplify my trading, I just set it and forget it, I put the parameters of my trading plan right into the trade manager and I forget all about my trade, It will take care of itstelf without me messing around and leaving money on the table. Great for anxious traders like myself. Easy to setup and easy to use. Very visual. Thanks.

Hello,

My name is Justin, and I've been using your trade manager for several months now (coming up on a year). It's by far the best Trade Manager I've owned in my career. It would be very beneficial if there was a button that moves your SL to halfway to BE in terms of percentages. For instance:

If my SL is at -1%, and price meets one of my rules where i move my SL from -1% to -0.5%, I can press a button that automatically moves my SL to -0.5%. If there was a button to move from -1% to -0.5% or from -1% to -0.25%, or whatever % the user wants to set it at, to reduce the original loss of 1%, that would be awesome.
