Woke up at 7am (spain time) because thirsty and seen that h1 h4 elasted so damn i pushed the bottom, slept again an this is how it's going

From now I will be focusing on catching the h4, I hate to miss oportunities because h1 doesn't stretch, h4 seems the sweet spot for taking the most

I didn't understan how do you anticipated this gold short, I get that h4 wasn't already on the 20-80 and still margin, also that if h1 touches the h4 midway stretching this sometimes happens, but that's enough?

I simply just followed the H1 bearish sequence of LL LH
Chasing down slope of H4 stoch. Retracement to that number 3 and entry. Simple thought procces. As you can see on my H1 Window M15-M30 stochs were pushing H1 down so confluence of elast, stoch slope, price action and levels

Did some homework and start noticing that elasticity tends to "release" more or less when there is "air" in between 3 candles, what I mean by air is when the candle in the middle is enough huge to leave space between the wicks of the ones that surrounds it, I think that the technical name is fair balue gap,

that's the example that worked for fridays ny move.
