I missed all the action, been to the food store, sorry for letting you down.

I said something to watch, why? Because it was a support level, how do I know? Look to your left you will see I added 3 red arrows which also indicate support. PLEASE note, this happens all the time with gold, a long legged candle pushing right back into the traffic is one terrific SIGNAL.

Traders should focus on the detail when studying the charts, forget the old-fashioned stuff that everyone is following but getting nowhere; they're so vague and is really of no use; Bollinger, Ichimoku Kinko, Standard Deviaction, MACD, RSI, Parabolic SAR, Bill Williams, Fractals, Gator they're all crap.

Trading is an exact science!

when it comes to gold, theres and expansion in H1, but the H4 have it with a bullish expansion.
