Another pullback, changing to lower TF you can see that there was a push higher that causes the pullback:

So we go back to the TF where the pullback occurred and look and wait for another signal and we found it here with very small pullback:

We can go on and on like this but what it boils down to, is that you should keep two charts running alongside each other like H4 and M15
This way you will see immediately if there's a pullback in the making and that you should have to wait till it comes back down again. You will then be ready for entering the trade at a much more beneficial position; reducing the risk of getting stopped out significantly.

Do you wait for the gap to be filled or can you tell when it’s a pullback and not a crashing trend?

It seems you don't understand, go back and look from where I start explaining. If the pullback and the coming back is explained by M15 why bothering with something else? If it's a crashing trend and there's a serous pullback or no pullback M15 will put you anyway in the best spot you can wish for.

I guess we should change and concentrate on DAX much much more. Keep in mind that the greater part of companies on the DAX are heavily invested in the US; that's why the DAX keep pushing higher despite Germany's bad economy. Take a look at this daily chart and see for yourself what I'm talking about:
