You can use it on all TF's. I would say chances are very good for a ATH this week.

I never go to bed with an open trade. During the night so many things can go wrong on the world stage, but I guess that will anyway boost gold even more. Since it's on the move you can probably hold for two days. I expect another strong move when Asia opens up.
