I expect a move toward 2,850-60 as a retracement zone, but reaching 2,840 is somewhat concerning. In my opinion, this could be bullish in the short term if it attempts to reach these levels later today. If that happens, the daily candle might form a bullish pattern, which would suggest a higher retracement tomorrow or afterward toward the first monthly resistance around 2,880.
Be aware that the weekly candle has not yet closed, so the only solid hint for retracement might be as high as around 2,870.
At the moment, I'm closely monitoring the 4-hour chart to gauge further developments, as it will provide potential clues on the next steps.
On the downside, 2,820-30 seems to be the lowest possible support if tested. However, long-term monthly analysis on Gold remains bearish as long as the price stays below the 2,880-2,900 range, which could potentially open the path to lower levels in the coming weeks.

How can someone with a $100 equity trade this?
Do you open 5 multiple micro lots trades of 0.01 and place take profits at different profit targets as you did while moving to breakeven. In this case, stop loss becomes initial 90 pips.

If stops are triggered at 2931, inclusive of comm, spread, swaps, $55 loss or 55% will vanish from initial $100 capital.

Are mine correct?

After a big win like the one on Wednesday it is always best to take a day off the markets, you never want to ride the highs into a following day because that is how you lose money and end up giving it back

They said I wouldnt see 1920 when I was buying at 2890 but we did, funny how everyone is always quiet when I'm right in the end, but during the process everyone wants to mock and make fun

Anyway, new day, new direction!

Yes. You are right.
You cannot safely trade gold with a small $100 account.
The total loss should never be more than 1%-5% of the entire account.
