After printing a multi-year high on Friday, the XAUUSD price action on the daily time frame printed a bearish pinbar at the 2860.80 horizontal resistance area. Technically, a bearish correction is imminent.

XAUUSD price action on the daily time frame has disposed bearish. The bearish candlestick printed on Friday broke below the low of the bullish candlestick printed on Thursday. However, price action is presently tackling an intra-day horizontal support in the 2882.38 area. Technically, further southward drive is favoured.

Best reason of last posting , u can check out news in israel gaza war , from trump action start by Jan , send out more weapon to israel , support the war , we don't know what trump thinking is , but on the action trump is a business man , he wanted that place gaza to build up a tourist beach , hotel , playground anything.

A very very simple logic you can check on news , if trump really think want safe peaceful in world , why he send weapon ??

18/2/25 tomorrow sydney and tokyo time will moving very fast , as i see is ,aim a little SELL when Trump speaks , can find a very good place to entry Buy , but need to wait Trump end up speaks , and for my seeing is Gold NOW will moving rise BUY SIDE up to 2980 - 2985 hit tp on this Three day .

Presently, price action is sideways in the area. The preceding technical impulse is bullish, and we may still see further northward move before a southward rotation.

Can anyone help me to explain the news just released seemed to support gold price but why it went down ?

The XAUUSD price action on the daily time frame retested the 2857.45 horizontal support area on Friday. The recent technical prints have formed a rising wedge (blue) within a larger rising channel (magenta). The wedge was broken down by the bearish move of Friday but its relatively long tail shows that bulls are still influential in the market. We can expect an imminent northward turnaround, perhaps after a southward liquidity sweep to an intra-day area of value.

The XAUUSD price action on the daily time frame is sideways at the 2909.02 horizontal resistance area. As the preceding technical impulse is bullish, we may still see a further northward momentum in the early part of this week.

The XAUUSD price action on the H4 time frame is consolidating at the 2984.68 horizontal resistance area. The preceding technical structure is bullish. Thus, we may still see further northward move, at least in the early part of this week.

The XAUUSD price action on the daily time frame is sideways at the 3023.50 area. Although the technical impulse favours bulls, we may see a southward market engineering for liquidity grab at an intra-day area of value before further bullish drive.

The XAUUSD price action on the H4 time frame is retesting the 3084.90 intra-day horizontal resistance. The dominant technical structure is bullish, and the technical impulse is bullish. Thus, technically, we should expect further northward drive although intra-day bearish corrections may take place.

The XAUUSD price action the daily time frame printed a bearish candlestick on Friday. The candlestick broke below the intra-day area of consolidation that has been in place since Monday. The bearish candlestick printed on Friday retested the 3004.71/3034.18 demand zone before snapping back. Technically, we can expect a northward turnaround of price action.
