Guys Need advice
I have sells from 2865 zone.. My account is blowing if market moves more up.. should I close with loss OR wait for market to drop.. My mind is blank, can't figure out yet..
Like i said before, resistances are not static...
Now to bearish had a chance to playout need at least daily close below...2926.458
Because 2933 remains a target and the final one for today if not, tomorrow without daily close below 2926.458 is a high probability target.

The lesson?
Trading isn’t about predicting every move; it’s about executing a process. Markets punish rigidity and reward adaptability. This week’s liquidity-driven moves—especially post-CPI to PPI—were classic examples of institutional tactics, targeting sentiment-driven positions to fuel their edge. This isn’t theory—it’s mechanics.

Plan > Hope-Entries are meaningless without exits. TThe sell limit wasn’t luck—it was probability in action.
Accepting SL risk isn’t “failure”, it’s strategic exposure. Every trade is a hypothesis, not a prophecy.

Whether supply zones hold or fold, the response is tactical—never emotional.

The “trend” is noise without understanding traps.
Price follows liquidity, and this week proved institutions trade into retail’s pain. My gold bias stays,
ut bias without tactical flexibility is just-wishful thinking.

Hey, I totally understand what you're going through, I've been there too.
I used to wait, thinking the market would come back in my favor…
but often, it just kept going against me, and the losses got bigger and bigger.

Over time (and through hard lessons), I’ve learned that if a trade isn’t going my way, I cut it quickly. I’d rather lose $5 than $25, and I’d rather lose $25 than $100.

The market doesn’t do what we want, and it can keep rising even when everything seems to indicate a drop. That’s why having a Stop Loss (and not touching it) is essential.

Stay strong, we all learn from these moments !
My current problem right now is FOMO.

Everytime i try to discipline my self, i fall back into the same trap smh... Even right now, i want to get in so i dont miss out. Any advice on how to overcome this?

Lower your risk untill you feel confortable with loss, is part of every trader loose.
Who sell that win every time is lying! Can end green in the day, not necessary win every trade.

first off, I’m no pro either. We’re all just encounterthe same chaos, right?hehe
But here’s what clicked for me about FOMO, it’s not a signal—it’s a trap(for myself). Think of it like quicksand. The harder you fight to not miss out, the deeper you sink. Actually for me but i don't know with other trader, FOMO isn’t your enemy—it’s a teacher. Every time you resist it, you’re training your brain to value patience over panic. That's where real growth happens. Hope this will be helpful..

It all depends on what kind of trading you do .

Long term or medium term or short term or intraday.

If you are intraday / short term trader, you should have closed in loss much in advance.

If you are long term trader, and have big equity, let us say, 20k account. Current floating loss is 2.5k or 3k, i would accept loss. And look for next opportunity.

The floating loss should never be more than 5 % at any point of time.

I learnt this lesson in a hard way
