EURUSD fell after hitting 1.0440 today but then bounced back despite better-than-expected US news, buoyed by positive market sentiment regarding potential peace between Ukraine and Russia.

We're anticipating a news conference from Trump on tariffs, though media reports suggest this might not impact the market until after April 1st, limiting its immediate effect on prices.

Tomorrow is Friday, with one more release before the long weekend, particularly in the US, where markets will be closed on Monday for President's Day. Expect some profit-taking and market ranging. It was great trading with you all, have a wonderful rest of the day!

The EUR/USD fell to support but rebounded above the 1.0442 resistance, reaching nearly 1.0467 after Trump announced reciprocal tariffs and hinted at further actions. If the EU breaks up, further resistance could be found at 1.0500/34. However, a decline below 1.0445 will consolidate the uptrend, potentially leading to a drop towards 1.0400 initially. Additional support is at 1.0372.

Technical Analysis, Price Action & Key Levels:

  1. Current Price: Trading near 1.0468-1.0447, consolidating after testing the critical resistance (1.0458) & The pair recently breached the (1.0436) a critical resistance turned support level

Resistance Levels:

  1. 1.0458, 1.0490, 1.0500:
  2. 1.0532, 1.0575, 1.0600, 1.0624: Major hurdle.
  3. Targeting 1.0575, 1.0624 if 1.0458 is breached decisively.
  4. 1.0667, 1.0762 (long-term reversal targets if bullish momentum strengthens)

Support Levels:

  1. 1.0442, 1.0436, 1.0397, 1.0378, 1.0365, 1.0355, 1.0350: Immediate supports.
  2. 1.0300, 1.0290, 1.0270: Critical zone.
