trend has reversed not fully but first signal

its much better if you could enter on the first cue as you'll less likely to encounter "too much" adverse movement if any.

can truth really be this simple and elegant going from one end to another ever running in circles bull to bear, bear to bull etc... I knew I had to simplify the less the better, but this is perfect.

If you could catch the beginning of a wave whether its going up or down you could potentially earn up to 400-800p from what I've seen, and thats on 1min chart. Ride the wave up from the very beginning of the move until it reverses and ride it down again until it reverses up etc..

So I think it depends on your strategy and what TF you're looking at, I've done the whole scalping thing even then you can potentially earn 150p just from morning session alone but you pay 8p for spread and that can be potentially disastrous for scalpers! and again thats 1minute sure it takes much longer the higher up you go in terms of TF.

I guess thats why I prefer 1min chart because price is fractal so you get the same structure of a wave as you'd get on higher TFs maybe a bit more challenging but essentially the same thing.

I actually like how you can see moves of big boys upon the official opening on 1minute in so much detail, they derail you to do one thing and do the exact opposite themselves ! such a predator move but I love it when I can see it which means I'm either at the top or the bottom just like them.

And if you could learn to add to already winning positions , of course we could go more than the said 400-800p target (thats daily it seems for most days) and I'm sure big boys earn much more than that just by adding and taking some off at certain points along the way and re-adding ! No wonder why they get paid so much because they must earn so much for the banks !

And I actually think, regardless of important news if an accumulation or distribution forms price will move until they reach whatever target they may have in mind so I think for Nikkei 400-800p is the usual range except for Dec holidays I think again thats on 1min, and you have to look from the very beginning of a wave until its end.

The initial bottom that was formed during Tokyo session held twice !
Once during London and the second during US session creating a broadening pattern aka the bottom bulls held on.

Top chart belongs to bitcoin, its a weekly and bottom dollar index.
Notice how they started on their up move from around 2008-2011 ?

People say oh they move in opposite directions because they are pitted against each other duh ?
But I have a different belief.

I mean charts don't lie , they mirror each other.
Bitcoin just didn't exist prior 2011 but since then they did move in the same direction.

I'm sure the response would be so what bitcoin will fly to the moon !
But alas I have the opposite view on that...

Dollar index is a barometer for the economy , and just like trading it goes from boom to bust and vice versa. I don't think anything is exempt from that except for S&P and maybe precious metals like gold and silver.

I know everyone and their dogs and cats are buying bitcoin, and I mean I won't lie once it starts on a trend it moves in great distance but I just don't think its time to buy now. Time will tell.

added 1 more at the test of first R 38982 is the lower low and the test was lower high, downtrend confirmed.

target for this leg is 38842 I'll exit from this second short at said level and will keep the initial top entry.

I have a nagging suspicion that this might test the top again.
And I also know now why it went way above the initial bear zone at the official Tokyo open.

Ok I'll give you a clue for the same reason that it went about 100p below the absolute bottom yd during US session.

Going to eat my words or you could say its an extension to what I have said.

Can't really explain it to you why.

Went short again at 38855 its the last leg for bears target 38731 and then , it will re-start again

I've tried everything, you can certainly make a living off of trading if you tried hard and long enough some will yield a humble living while some a very good earning or if you're patient and young enough you can wait for compound gain to really kick in off of small pip count but after a decade long exhaustive search and personal sacrifice I had to go for the hardest route there is that is finding the "turning points" - just because it yields the most gain with almost 0 adverse movement everything else felt like a gamble to me maybe it is and I just couldn't take it anymore.

I do believe while trading can be very volatile and for the most unpredictable if you can read a tape like a pro you can get in line with the masters - don't think they're called pros for nothing, if you open up a chart anyone can detect a strong directional move - and I certainly believe price movement has deep reasoning and trends definitely do exist they're just extremely difficult to find for the untrained eyes especially on lower TFs.

What I'm trying to convey with all of these rambling is that, learn to find the trend ! then try to find the turning points ! it will go for a set distance and pull back find that out, learn to differentiate between a trend and a retrace wave for that my friend you have to zoom out on a given TF to really get the big picture patterns do exist, harmony is there if you care to look everything else in between more than likely you're wasting your time/effort and $ easier said than done, but if you really want to do it do it right it is the way.

unless you've figured out a way to trade bigger TFs or has got deep pockets its still a job, you have to clock in and clock out sometimes it takes much more out of you unlike a regular normie jobs.
if you want to make it big you have to pay the price, difficult pill to swallow but it is the truth.
