Oh, I see.. that make sense to me. According to your previous comment, I thought you no longer watch higher TFs other than 1M... You found 5M is more comfortable to you than 1M even with Gold.

It depends on how SMOOTH the Rhythum of the Market is
Today was a regular Rhythum the 1 Min. Chart would have been fine
Other Days, when the Rhythm is less Regular, I need a Bigger Time Frame to see Structure more Clearly
I still Enter Trades using the 1Min.

By WAITING for Prrice to come to my Zone of Interest I was able to have a 2R Trade that, as it turrns out, was Counter Trend.

It's quite long but someone might find some benefit from it.
Of course, right now, (see chart) it becomes Obvious to take the Long Trade and Hold onto it but doing this in Real-Time is a different Story. see Video
