40% of food in the U.S. comes from Mexico and Canada. That's a 25% raise on 40% of food we eat. These are our trading partners who grandpa made the original trade agreement with. Yet China is charged 10%.. I guess Musk didnt want China to pay so much. Since he has a car company there.

How does this affect the usd? Inflation, makes the usd stronger. Dropping rates are less likely. Kids stay with their parents longer. Less usd to purchase stuff. It equals a recession coming.

It's hard to believe oil would fall. I'm just using the charts as a guide. The Cushing Ok stockpile is down (that's more bullish). When oil is falling the stockpile is usually high. The stockpile is on the lower end. Before the call for OPEC to pump more, before the ghost ship sanctions. I saw a chance to fall to 50 and more.. Timing wise can be many months. So in that time Cushing may fill the storage. Things may change. A recession can do that. The CAD dollar may get hit from oil price, and the tariffs. A double negative may be coming for the CAD. It may be worth stalking it at supports to buy.

The Usd/Cad has broken a 5 year high double top. I would imagine a lot of shorts, and stops were burned there in that gap.

I wanted to long cad 1.437x.. It never made it that low. The eu did make 343/50.

I may try a eu long 0245/46 area. tp 0315.
0222 area is my second choice.

After lc the target would change. It did not continue to fall. There is a little support under 315 at 312. I thought is would be bearish below 343/50. Maybe overshoot to 377. That 343/50 area may develop into a stronger R..

Oil may be skating on a banana peel. The stockpile is down and its dropping. That's not a good sign for the economy outlook. On a positive note. A drop would dry up Putin's funding.

The 6 mth has some topping qualities. Some supports can catch. It's still 1$ above 70.21. Its in a place it may slip. The stockpiles are on the lower end. That favors a rise. But even if low, if the stock piles grow, while price dropping. That's not so good for stable price. That indicative of a fall in price.
